- Add 50g of unsalted into a pan and place on hob to melt..

- Once the golden caramel colour appears place 400g of condensed milk into the pan and stir..
- Take out your biscuit base and pour caramel over equally..
- Peal and chop one bananan..
- Place bananan onto the caramel mixture and place back into the fridge..
- Wisk 250mls of double cream into a mixing bowl till stiff..
- Take base out of fridge and place cream over evenly..
- Decorate top of the banoffee with shavings of chocolate..
